Step by Step Crewed Charter Booking
Give our charter broker some information about your specific yacht trip.
Requesting a Quota
Such as;
- Specified date of your trip.?
- How many people will be on baord during your trip ?
- How many double bedded and single bedded cabins do you need?
- Which Sailing Area you are interested in? (if you do not have an idea about the area,
please ask an advise from your charter broker)
- Information about your budget for your trip? (this will help us to choose the right yacht
for you. Because we have different price ranges in our yacht fleet.)
Offering suitable yacht(s) for your charter request
In this step your charter broker is going to offer you the available yachts and give you some information about their characteristics. And help you to choose the most convenient one for you. While you are discussing about the boat and the itinerary with your group, your assistant will put an option to the yacht for 3 days in order to close other offers from other groups . In this 3 days period, you can also ask any questions you might have to your charter broker. Please do not hesitate to ask questions, because we are here for making your holiday great.
Signing the Charter Agreement
When everything is clear on your side now we are ready to prepare your contract and send it you by fax or e-mail. After signing the contract, we will be waiting from you to send back the signed copy of the contract and the deposit payment bank transfer receipt.
We need to get below details for organising your holiday better
Also at the same time , we require the passangers name list , date of births and passport numbers. We require this information because, we want to make sure that the harbour master will complete the paper work before your arrival. If the paper work would be ready on your embarkation , you do not need to wait at the harbour and you can begin to sail when you embark to the yacht.
We can organise a party, if there is someone in your group has a birthday. Birthday cake and first present is from our company.We also ask you , if someone has an anniversary in your group.
When we get the all these details from your side.Your charter broker needs to ask you few more questions about some other details.Mostly about the meals, because we will make some changining on your menu regarding on your demands . " Is there any vegatarian in your group ?", " How many children will be on board ?" , "What kind of meals do you prefer ?" etc... and special requirements if any. Now the last information we need is your flight details for organising your transfers from airport to yacht and yacht to the airport.After we got all these your informations from you , we will wait for your arrival.

When your arrival date gets closer, your charter broker will contact you again to remind you the arrival details.

Today is the Big Day. You will meet with your boat and your crew. And start to your fantastic holiday with Maris Yachting & Brokerage experience.
Our driver will be waiting for you at the airport, with a sign which is written your name on it . After the greeting at the airport , we take you directly to your boat. And our representative will be at the boat waiting for you. Our rep will help you to get organised in the yacht.
Time to begin your Blue Cruise
Now its time to have a little bit of rest while tasting your champagne. Your holiday is already began........
At the same minute, our representative is going to introduce you with your crew and give you a breif information about your itinerary. He/She will show you the highlights of your route on the map and give you some more information about the area and the life on board.
Now everything is okay and you are ready to meet with the Medirranean & Aegean Blue Crystal Waters. The only thing that we say " Bon Voyage" to you .
We will be waiting for you at the end of your trip ,at the harbour for accepting your many thanks to us :-)
