Requesting a Quota

Ø  Give our charter broker some information about your specific yacht trip.

Such as;
- Specified date of your trip.?
- How many people will be on baord during your trip ?
- Which Sailing Area you are interested in? (if you do not have an idea about the area, please ask an advise from your charter broker)

Offering convenient yacht(s) for your charter request

Ø In this step your charter broker is going to you the available routes. And help you to choose the most convenient one for you.

While you are discussing about the boat and the itinerary with your group, your assistant will put an option to the yacht for 3 days in order to close other offers from other groups . In this 3 days period, you can also ask any questions you might have to your charter broker. Please do not hesitate to ask questions, because we are here for making your holiday great. 

Signing the Charter Agreement

Ø  When everything is clear on your side now we are ready to prepare your contract and send it you by fax or e-mail. After signing the contract, we will be waiting from you to send back the signed copy of the contract and the deposit payment bank transfer receipt.

Also at the same time , we require the passangers name list , date of births and passport numbers. We require this information because, we want to make sure that the harbour master will complete the paper work before your arrival. 

Request for your details before your coming

Ø  When your arrival date gets closer, your charter broker will contact you again to remind you the arrival details.

Embarkation to your boat

Ø  Today is the Big Day. You will meet with your boat and your crew. And start to your fantastic holiday with Maris Yachting & Brokerage experience. Ø  If you require a transfer from airport to your yacht, Our driver will be waiting for you at the airport, with a sign which is written your name on it . After the greeting at the airport , we take you directly to your boat. And our representative will be at the boat waiting for you. Our rep will help you to get organised in the yacht.

Now its time to have a little bit of rest . Your holiday is already began........

At the same minute, our representative is going to introduce you with your crew and give you a breif information about your itinerary. He/She will show you the highlights of your route on the map and give you some more information about the area and the life on board. 

Time to begin your Blue Cruise

Ø  Now everything is okay and you are ready to meet with the Medirranean & Aegean Blue Crystal Waters. The only thing that we say " Bon Voyage" to you .

We will be waiting for you at the end of your trip ,at the harbour for accepting your many thanks to us :-)

Disembarkation from the boat and transfer to the airport

Ø  Now its time say goodbye. If you require a transfer to airport, Your transfer vehicle is waiting for you to take you to the airport.
